Laminate floor is generally composed of four layers of composite materials, namely wear-resistant layer, decorative layer, high-density substrate layer and balance (moisture-proof) layer. Laminate floor is also called impregnated paper laminated wood floor and laminate floor. Qualified laminate floor is impregnated with one or more layers of special thermosetting amino resin.

Impregnated paper laminated wood floor is a hot pressed and formed floor with one or more layers of special paper impregnated with thermosetting amino resin and paved on the surface of wood-based board substrate such as particleboard and high-density fiberboard, with a balanced moisture-proof layer on the back and a wear-resistant layer and decorative layer on the front.

1. Generally, wear-resistant paper with aluminum oxide content of about 20g / m2 is used, or wear-resistant paper is not used. Low density board (medium density board is rarely used), and the number of wear-resistant revolutions is usually between 100-3000 revolutions. The edges and corners will be worn after being used for one or two years at most. Low quality, not environmental protection, government departments are strictly investigating and dealing with it. Such illegal businesses only take into account short-term interests and have no after-sales service guarantee. The price ranges from 30 to 80 yuan.

2. Domestic cheap decorative paper is usually used. The pattern of this decorative paper is fuzzy. The biggest defect is that it is generally not UV resistant and will fade after sunlight. This is why some consumers reflect the discoloration of the places near the balcony and windows three or four months after the floor is installed. 3. The base material is poor, medium and low density board or particleboard is used, the quality index is unstable, and the formaldehyde seriously exceeds the standard.

4. The machining accuracy is poor, and it is often claimed that it is: imported large plate and domestic slotting.

5. The packaging is rough, the printing quality of the publicity album is poor, the attributes are pieced together, and the slogan selling points are set by set, which often misappropriates the album attributes of large companies.
